After speaking with Toni her pain discomfort is due to her arthritis and she can schedule a shot or start taking tylenol on a regular basis. Arthritis isn’t anything to be thankful for but at least she isn’t facing a surgery now.
Elmer saw his doctor at the UI and he wants Elmer to continue to wear the indwelling catheter. Toni had taken it out but it was decide he should still wear it until Monday. Good News is his scan did not show any problems or need for concerns.
It sounds like The doc will evaluate again later once things settle down before going back to self catheterizing.
